welcome to kure beach nc

pier at Kure Beach NCKure Beach is best known for its landmark 712-foot long fishing pier. First built in 1923, the Kure Beach Fishing Pier has survived numerous hurricanes, having been continually fortified and rebuilt. It’s a beautiful place to simply watch the sun rise over the Atlantic, or cast a line and test your fishing technique. If you’re lucky, you might meet up with king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, flounder, sheepshead and blues.

Kure Beach Area Condos

Who would not be interested in oceanfront condos a person can enjoy for themselves a couple months a year and then rent out the rest of the year to recover some or all of their expenses. So let me just give you main points on what kind of condo you should buy for Kure Beach. Ocean dunes is a huge condominium, in Kure Beach. Ocean dunes and Kure beach and huge community of about an eighth of a mile down the road, a whole bunch separate a little garden style condos, in other words like one to four stories high. OceanDunes is a stick built community and a it does have across the street, a nice rec area with uh a swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, and some other facilities, exerciseroom.

Another one called the Shell Island Resort and this it would be in Wrightsville Beach.

Now one thing to keep in mind with Shell Island Resort, it's what we call a - Condotel, soit's owned by investors and owners, some people actually live there most of the time, most of them rent their units out as a hotel sort of to vacationers and it is a fantastic money-making machine. It's approx 550 square feet. It is designed really for people who want an oceanfront vacation and vary from 220 to 260 in terms of the price. All of themhave pretty much these drop-dead oceanfront views.

Another building I like a lot is Pelican Watch and these are in Carolina Beach. Pelican Watch is just undergone about a million dollars of improvements, new balconiessome changes to the front side of a building, in the swimming pool and they are about toput in a new roofs as well, so the whole building look very well, managed very well.

Other condominiums, represent the majority of condos in the area. They are sticks built, they are not concrete and steel buildings. I call them garden-style,and they are one to stories high. If you're on the first floor you may not be able to see past the Sand dunes, that's the problem I really encourage you to think about the high rise and mid-rise condominiums in Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Wrightsville Beach.
